I saw Dr. Mauch for a knee injury. He was thorough and kind. They got me into PT the same day, and my knee is doing much better. The wait during walk in clinic was minimal, the staff was excellent and professional, and the PT department was more than accommodating to my busy schedule. I have brought my son to Dr. Mauch for well child care for years, but also would not hesitate to come here again for myself.

Bad customer service. Just sitting here waiting and waiting. I'm the only one waiting.

I was truly impressed with how well the OMC ER staff walked a delicate and fine line; to discern whether the person presenting is drug-seeking or he/she has a legitimate medical need for the medication is a difficult task, and not one I envy. I could feel how carefully they were evaluating and watching for ANY sign that I was doctor shopping. I really appreciated their diligence in protecting public health. And luckily for me, it didn't require that they sacrifice the quality of individual care to do it. I'm really hoping I'll never need to, but I will absolutely go back here in a heartbeat.

Usually very good. When going to urgent care they take there time getting your release papers. I waited 30 and then a nurse told me another nurse had my papers but she has 5 other people before me. I just left because I wasn't and couldn't wait anymore. The dr wasn't very thorough either. But the clinic is wonderful. And the walk-I'm clinic after hours is a God sent.

As far as ER visits go, my experience was that I received high-quality care in a very timely manner. I had thrown my back very badly out of joint and I've seen 95 year olds who were ambulating better than I was (I'm 30). I work in healthcare myself and I understand quite well the severity and etiology of the opioid crisis. I felt concerned I wouldn't be able to access the medications that would help me heal more quickly.

I just moved to the area and they set me up with an awesome doctor. The waiting time at the pharmacy is lengthy but they get everything right. And all the staff are nice as can be.
